At RathoreSEO, we value the trust our students place in us when enrolling for SEO courses and training programs. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Course Enrollment & Fees

  • Enrollment in any SEO course in Faridabad is confirmed only after the payment of fees (full or partial as agreed).
  • By enrolling, you agree to abide by our training guidelines, schedules, and policies.

2. Refund Policy

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable in most cases, as seats are limited and resources are allocated in advance.
  • Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
    • The course is canceled by RathoreSEO due to unforeseen reasons.
    • Duplicate payment made by mistake (verified through our accounts).
  • No refunds will be issued for:
    • Change of mind after enrollment.
    • Failure to attend classes, either online or offline.
    • Dropping out midway through the course.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Students may request cancellation of enrollment before the course start date. In such cases, any refund eligibility will be determined as per institute policy.
  • Once classes have started, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
  • If a student wishes to transfer their seat to a different batch, this may be allowed subject to availability and prior approval.

4. Batch Transfers & Adjustments

  • Students unable to attend their scheduled batch may request to shift to another batch.
  • Batch transfers are subject to availability and approval by RathoreSEO.
  • Any additional costs (if applicable) must be borne by the student.

5. Mode of Refund (if applicable)

  • Approved refunds (in rare cases) will be processed within 7–10 working days through the same mode of payment used during enrollment.
